Pat Doyon

Leadership Coach, Helping Organisations develop their Leaders; and Marketing Lead at Ultra Forensic Technology

Pat Doyon has a diverse background, including a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Sciences from McGill University, as well as a Teaching Diploma, an Executive MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.

Patrick is also a professional engineer (OIQ) and holds the PCC certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF). His 20 years of professional and management experience have provided him with a broad spectrum of practical know-how and expertise gathered at R&D centers, high-tech start-ups, Canadian public companies and international organizations.

Prior to his coaching career, Patrick held senior leadership positions in the telecom and high-tech sectors. As a result, he’s developed expertise in project and product management, marketing, sales and finance, and has a deep technical and operational background in R&D, engineering, IT, telecom, Internet and media, and manufacturing. Patrick has great business sense, exceptional leadership and superior project and team management, and broad business process understanding.

From 2017 to early 2020, Patrick worked with Concordia University’s John Molson Executive Centre as the head of its executive and leadership coaching practice. He is also the Principal and Founding Partner of CRINQ Leadership (www.crinq.com), a boutique coaching and consulting company focused helping organizations accelerate the acquisition of leadership skills of its emerging managers and enhance the effectiveness of its teams.
