On April 20, 1995, life would drastically change for Patrolman Rich Norcross of Haddon Heights Police. Within moments of him executing a warrant, he lost his brother, his partner, and much of his own blood at the hands of a barricaded subject. Yet, despite the worst day of his life, which included losing it twice, many lessons in tactics, courage, and healing were born. Lessons that Rich would go on to pass throughout the nation to law enforcement officers he would speak with. In the nearly 25 years, his experience has undoubtedly saved lives.
