Our Team
ray Guidetti
Ray Guidetti is a recognized expert in intelligence-led policing and crime gun intelligence, with over 25 years of service in public safety leadership, including as Deputy Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police. He later worked with the ATF to advance national crime gun intelligence efforts and with Motorola Solutions to enhance public safety software. Ray is also a certified executive coach specializing in strategic presence and influence, helping aspiring leaders and high performers elevate their impact and lead with confidence. He holds master’s degrees in National Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School and Seton Hall University.
Pete Gagliardi
Pete Gagliardi, a Crime Gun Intelligence consultant, helps governments create sustainable solutions to combat gun violence and bring justice to victims. With over 50 years of experience, including 23 years at the ATF, Pete specialized in firearms and explosives investigations and held leadership roles such as Deputy Assistant Director and Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Division. A key developer of the ATF's NIBIN program, his expertise in ballistics networks has shaped efforts in over 80 countries. Post-ATF, he served as Senior VP at Ultra Electronics Forensic Technology, advancing global investigative tools.
George
Belsky
George Belsky, Jr., a seasoned leader and instructor, retired as Special Agent in Charge of the ATF Newark Field Division after over 20 years in federal law enforcement, preceded by service as a police officer and U.S. Army infantry officer. With a 30+ year career, he led operations in crime gun intelligence, violent crime reduction, and explosives investigations. A West Point graduate, George is a Medal of Valor recipient and a certified firearms instructor.
